Chronic: 2-4 weeks depending on intensity and severity of case. The more of a “crisis” present the quicker the response of the vital force. Best to wait as long as possible, but 4 weeks is long enough to evaluate any case.

Definite or slight amelioration

· Wait until improvement ceases
