Dr. Bach’s flower remedies

Dr. Edward Bach, a London surgeon born in 1886, was familiar with homeopathy. However he spent the last six years of his short life finding emotional remedies in flowers which became a popular method of healing. He considered his book The Twelve Healers to be all that was needed to treat patients with this system.

Each of the 38 remedies discovered by Bach is directed at a particular characteristic or emotional state. To select the remedies you need you only need to think about the sort of person you are and the way you are feeling. Then you take the remedies you need.
